@Jetstar_Asia I asked for refund already. What i found is that as of today the customer is still ill-informed about such well-predicted situations. E.g., even there was no SMS to inform the cancellation before I was at the airport.

@Jetstar_Asia Not @Jetstar_Asia i found your information for customer is really poor. I called the center they said the flight would be ok. Then 15 minutes later when i came to the airtport the flight was cancelled. It costed too much time and money for poor information
