Minecrafts PR is fucking horrible man. they should communicate to the community openly that they are working on a big major update directly and that drops really ARE just filler content to keep us busy (maybe not worded that way)
Olvidé subir este clip donde Bobicraft confirma directamente y sin ser vago (como MOJANG) que #Minecraft está trabajando en una gran actualización y para eso crearon el sistema de drops (presumiblemente para no dejarnos sin contenido mientras trabajan)
@_MINECRAFT_LIVE "combat" is a stretch. adding a new weapon when the whole system needs love on both versions isn't enough.
You can say drops are doing things in different areas of the game but I think the end conclusion is that they're not doing enough to meaningfully imrprove them.
@inteledits Very good imo, it led to a lot of unfair/unbalanced interactions that couldn't be changed without patching the bug. Honestly surprised it took this long.
@silentwisperer_ Was it big updates specifically? Maybe I misunderstood but it was pretty vauge.
My problem is that these announcements are always so unclear and leave so much up to interpretation. I do think the message of focusing on high-level systems is a very positive direction though!
@Mogswamp@harristic_ Transparency is always good so the community knows what to expect going forwards, but the fact we often have to get info second hand is frustrating. Though I would rather have it through creators than not at all! Mojang SHOULD have official clarity surrounding the drop system imo
@kmb42600 yeah! id imagine getting Vibrant Visuals out before pushing something major to the base game is important since they said they consider it the new default look of Minecraft.
