In testimony before the House Natural Resources Subcommittee (@natresources), Infleqtion CEO Matt Kinsella urged Congress to advance the Quantum-Enhanced Critical Minerals Mapping Act, legislation that would equip the U.S. Geological Survey with quantum gravity gradiometry to locate critical mineral deposits faster, more accurately, and with far less environmental disruption than traditional exploration methods.
The legislation is about more than mapping minerals. It is an investment in American technological leadership, strengthening domestic supply chains, reducing reliance on China, accelerating adoption of U.S.-built quantum technologies, and creating valuable public scientific data that will benefit industry, researchers, and future generations.

$INFQ I'm sharing this clip here to set the record straight. @ChipStockInvest recently covered quantum stocks where they called @infleqtion “a conceptual idea” with “zero revenue”.
This is a fundamental misunderstanding of one of the more important public quantum companies, and potentially damaging because the YouTube channel has 256,000 subscribers who may not know better.
Infleqtion is not some paper concept. It is a real quantum company with 200+ employees, two Boulder campuses, decades of operating history going back to ColdQuanta, an advanced quantum sensing business, active customers, public financials, and a serious neutral atom roadmap.
Infleqtion reported $9.5M in Q1 2026 revenue, up 14% year over year, and guided to at least $40M in 2026 revenue.
Why does reporting accurately matter so much? In quantum, the public already has to sort through hype, technical complexity, SPAC noise, timelines, modalities, sensing vs computing, logical qubits, error correction, defense applications, and commercial readiness. The sector is complicated. Every company is unique and has it's own strengths and weaknesses. It is damaging to a sector when an entire important company is wholesale dismissed.
So when people cover the space, the baseline needs to be research and precision.
We can be bullish or bearish on $INFQ. We can debate valuation. We can question commercialization timelines. We can prefer IonQ, Quantinuum, IBM, Google, QuEra, D-Wave, or another quantum company.
But saying Infleqtion is “not a company yet” or has “zero revenue” is simply wrong.
And it matters because Infleqtion is one of the few quantum names with real revenue today, an existing sensing business, national security exposure, and a legitimate place in the neutral atom race. Two quantum executive orders were signed in the Oval Office this week, and Matt Kinsella, the CEO of Infleqtion, was standing behind President Trump.
This sector is moving fast. Just this week, the White House elevated quantum as a national priority, and QuEra/AWS pushed fault-tolerant quantum timelines into the 2028 conversation.
The information gap in quantum investing is already huge. We need to educate and inform the public in a thoughtful way. I appreciate all the coverage on the quantum space, and the new interest, but I encourage bigger channels like this to really do their research and understand the companies they are talking about. Getting it this wrong is harmful and should be corrected.
At a stock price of $13 per share at a $2.8b market cap, @infleqtion is truthfully one of the most undervalued stocks in the quantum sector. Infleqtion received a direct $100mm investment from the U.S. government, has existing and growing revenue from their quantum sensing business, and has an aggressive path to scaling logical qubits on neutral atom quantum computers. $INFQ remains misunderstood, undervalued, and under-appreciated.

• Encoding efficiency: $QNT hit 48 logical qubits at a ~2:1 physical-to-logical ratio thought impossible a few years ago. Most architectures need thousands of physical qubits per logical qubit. Fewer physical qubits per logical qubit = cheaper, faster scaling. That's the compounding advantage. Quantinuum
• All-to-all connectivity: real and structural — it's inherent to the trapped-ion architecture, so QNT skips the fidelity loss that nearest-neighbor designs (superconducting like RGTI) pay routing qubits around. IONQ shares this trapped-ion edge; RGTI and QBTS don't.
• Scaling path: the junction-based QCCD design (Helios → Sol) is built to tile and add junctions — a published roadmap, not a hope.

$INFQ CEO Matt Kinsella spoke at Evercore TMT conference today. I had a chance to listen to the full interview with Matt, and a few things really stood out to me.
First, Infleqtion was selected from a very large pool of global applicants, which speaks to the strength of the company’s technology and position within the industry.
Second, the funding @infleqtion received is specifically earmarked to accelerate quantum computing development and roadmap execution, helping the company reach key technical benchmarks faster.
Third, the conversation reinforced the strength of Infleqtion’s existing business lines and the company’s path toward 100 logical qubits by 2028.
Matt also highlighted the partnership with NVIDIA, including the role of NVLink and AI-driven calibration software in helping scale and optimize quantum systems. It was a strong reminder of how important the broader ecosystem is becoming.
One comment that stood out was when Matt reaffirmed guidance and essentially said, “Hold us to it.” He emphasized that upcoming milestones will serve as clear indicators of the company’s ability to execute on its roadmap.
Another important takeaway was — current path to 100 logical qubits does not require any major new scientific breakthroughs. According to Matt, reaching that milestone is primarily an engineering challenge from here. He did note that moving from 100 logical qubits to 1,000 and beyond may require additional scientific advances, but the near-term roadmap is based on technologies and approaches already understood today.
That said, any future scientific breakthrough could potentially accelerate the roadmap even further.
Neutral atom remains a leader in the quantum race.
Voyager President Matt Kuta met @JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon in December 2024. That relationship led to JPMorgan playing an instrumental role in Voyager's IPO and continues to this day. Most recently, the JPMorgan team connected Chairman and CEO @Dylan Taylor with @Infleqtion to advance dual-use quantum technology in low-Earth orbit aboard the @Space_Station and @Starlab_space.

IonQ has deployed the technology powering Romania’s National Quantum Communication Infrastructure, now one of the largest operational QKD networks in Europe and among the largest outside China.
The network includes 36 quantum-secured links spanning more than 1,500 kilometers and connects 6 major metropolitan areas. It accounts for over 20% of Europe’s terrestrial quantum communications infrastructure to date.
The system is built entirely on IonQ’s commercially available QKD technology through its subsidiary, ID Quantique.
