Evening so it was 28 years tonight ago my life changed forever. To win a World championship in Heavyweight boxing was my dream from when I was a child listening to the boxing on the radio with my Dad. It has opened doors to me across the World. Never a day passes without people reminding me. Through boxing I have a charity and we help thousands of people a year. Long may it continue. Thank you for those who supported me then & thanks to all those people who still support me 28 years later on social media, & appearances. Have a good evening

Parents, if your child goes on a residential between now and the end of the year, go and give the teachers a quick thank you when you pick your child up.

You’d be amazed how little it happens, and it means a huge amount.
