@ColonialParkNPS are we able to do the tour roads in July ? I know visitor center is closed at Yorktown but can we still drive the tour roads and see those sights ? I have an annual park pass

@Delta I have a question. If i use my Delta Platinum Companion Certificate to book 2 flights. After booking can i pay cash to upgrade those tickets to lets say Delta + or First Class ? Any restrictions on specific fare classes when doing this?
