The driver of this Golf GTI thought it was acceptable to use the M58 as a racetrack. He was seen racing an AUDI S1 and both paced at 126mph. He'd already received a Sec 59 warning & his car was seized. We caught up with the S1 driver and both we were reported @NWmwaypolice
