The Constitution "does not grant the President any specific powers over elections," U.S. District Court Judge Casper wrote
They'll find other ways to stuff the ballots, don't worry.
One year ago today, Trump and Republicans passed the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, leading to:
—8 million Americans losing healthcare
—4 million Americans losing food assistance
—$484 billion in cuts to clean energy and manufacturing
—700 rural hospitals at risk of closing
—$1 trillion in tax cuts for the top 1%
#BREAKING: Psaki: “Today MSNOW’s Vaughn Hilliard…reports that Trump’s new Acting DNI Bill Pulte has carried out another PURGE within the intelligence community firing dozens of career officials. One official told MSNOW that the administration is targeting people who they believe are Deep State. Remember that Bill Pulte is a 38 year old home construction nepo baby who had ZERO intelligence experience before being appointed to this role. That’s his background, everyone, he has only had the job for two weeks. But somehow he has already decided that dozens of career intelligence officials are part of the so-called Deep State and fired them. As one former official told MSNOW, and this is quite a quote: ‘This isn’t a guy who’s familiar with intelligence. It would be like me taking over a hospital and firing dozens of surgeons in a matter of days.’”😳
#BREAKING: Rep Garcia: “I think broadly speaking, as an American, I think all of us should be horrified by what’s happening, that ANY American president, even a corrupt one like Donald Trump is going to be flying around on a jet given to us by a foreign nation, and he’s going to be flying this jet on #July4th over the mall, celebrating a foreign nation’s jet, that then he plans on keeping? That is NOT patriotism. That is not feeling proud of our country, and every American should be sickened by this action by Donald Trump.”🤦♀️
Happy 4 of July: Let’s make people angry! A powerful Black woman, the first Black woman elected as San Francisco District Attorney, the first woman, and the first Black person to serve as California Attorney General. She was also the second Black woman ever elected to the U.S. Senate and the first woman to serve as acting President of the United States when presidential powers were temporarily transferred to her during President Joe Biden’s medical procedure on November 19, 2021. Additionally, she was the first Black woman nominated for president by a major U.S. political party when she became the Democratic nominee in 2024! Her name is Kamala Harris!!!

RFK Jr. looked me dead in the eye and lied. He said, "there are no cuts to Medicaid."
Now we have receipts: 3.8 million people lost Medicaid or CHIP.
All to pay for tax cuts for billionaire donors.
Michael Feinberg confidently warns Americans that Trump’s plans to undermine the midterms are imminent; clearly, he despises losing and avoiding accountability. Both outcomes are inevitable in November, as Democrats are poised to flip the House and possibly the Senate. #DemsUnited
Phang: Blanche maintains that FOIA was my only and remains my only option. And then he has the balls to say the following. He says that my lawsuit "threatens the interdependence and the reciprocity between Congress and the executive branch." You know, folks, last I checked, I don't see a lot of interdependence or reciprocity between Congress and the executive branch.
What I have seen, I've seen people like Todd Blanche, Pammy Jo with the bad hair, Kash Patel, Susie Wiles, JD Vance, and others, assembling repeatedly in the Situation Room at the White House with Todd Blanche quarterbacking strategy on how to avoid turning over the Epstein files to the American people.
Does that sound like interdependence or reciprocity?
ABD'de aktif görevdeki Hava Kuvvetleri Binbaşı Jason Watson, üniformasıyla Trump karşıtı protesto yaptığı için Kongre merdivenlerinde kelepçelenerek gözaltına alınması dünya gündemine oturdu.
Dünyaya özgürlük dersi veren ABD'nin gerçek yüzü budur...
🚨BREAKING: A federal judge just called the DOJ’s bluff on the Epstein files, and Todd Blanche is squirming trying to protect Trump and the Epstein class.
U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan ruled the Justice Department is violating the Epstein Files Transparency Act — the law Trump himself signed — by sitting on redacted documents with zero legal justification. Sullivan gave Blanche until July 2 to unredact key materials or “show cause” why he can’t.
What’s being hidden? Eight email exchanges where Epstein and unnamed associates discuss a “torture video” and s*xual activity involving children. A 2007 draft indictment listing “co-conspirators” — where every name is blacked out except Ghislaine Maxwell’s. And FBI interview notes from a woman who says Epstein introduced her to Trump, who then s*xually abused her as a teenager.
The lawsuit came from independent journalist Katie Phang, who sued Blanche in April after DOJ blew past its own Dec. 19 legal deadline. Sullivan wrote that by refusing to substantively respond, Blanche “conceded” the violation outright.
DOJ’s response? Deny, deflect, appeal. A spokesperson claimed the judge is “driving misleading headlines” and insisted the redacted names are protecting “victims” who “sadly became co-conspirators.”
How convenient.
Worth remembering: back in April, Blanche told Fox News, “We have released everything… We are not sitting on a single piece of paper.”
Sure, Todd.
And the redaction log the law requires? Still hidden.
The FBI exists to protect the American people and uphold the rule of law, not to serve as a taxpayer-funded opposition research firm for the President's political grievances. Diverting hundreds of FBI personnel to relitigate conspiracy theories about the 2020 election, despite its results having long been settled, is a profound misuse of the Bureau's resources for partisan purposes. Director Patel owes Congress and the American people an immediate explanation of the legal basis for this investigation, the resources being devoted to it, and what urgent public safety priorities are being pushed aside as a result. The American people should be deeply concerned that the Trump Administration appears to be using law enforcement to justify greater federal control over our elections. https://t.co/kbauNepQMz
I am officially nominating Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) for the Nobel Peace Prize.
No President in History has ended the same war so many times.
Our Dear Leader has ended the war with Iran at least 38 times by CNN’s count.
No President has ever done this before.
And he is nowhere near finished ending it.
It’s a record worthy of the Nobel committee’s recognition. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
Liz Oyer, former Pardon Attorney, describes how Todd Blanche fired her when she refused to do a dangerous official favor for Trump friend Mel Gibson. The actor lost his federal firearm rights after committing domestic violence. Gibson assaulted his girlfriend while she was holding their baby daughter, smashing her in the mouth, breaking her teeth, threatening her with his gun. Gibson asked Trump’s DOJ to reinstate his federal firearm rights despite his criminal conviction. Although Blanche had the power to do it on his own, he tried to force Oyer to give her stamp of approval. Not convinced of Gibson’s rehabilitation or his lack of dangerousness, and knowing that over half of women murdered in the United States are killed by a current or past intimate partner, and the presence of firearms in an abusive household increases the risk of murder by 500%, Oyer refused to have anything to do with Blanche’s dangerous and unethical suggestion. Blanche sacked her.
The court has spoken: Trump's attempt to get political revenge by shutting down the Hudson Tunnel project wasn't just illegal, but "flagrantly" unlawful.
This ruling is good news for the thousands of workers building the project and the hundreds of thousands of commuters who will depend on it - but these unlawful antics never should have happened in the first place.
