@forssto In product terms the Fed has also spent the past nine months telling everyone the product will launch on time, while engineering was saying they're in trouble the entire time. Fed now frantically reducing scope to try get something out the door.

@forssto Don't you find that people add extras, because it's now so easy and in reality you don't need most of those people in meetings? I haven't seen any stats on whether people are spending more time in meetings while remote, than in the office, but that would be my hypothesis.

Email, chat, messaging, etc. are great but no sub for conversation, whether w/a customer for feedback or w/a peer to generate ideas or clarify details.

When a text-based string goes on too long, just talk instead.
