@Register_com We would appreciate the issue to be resolved. However we have been told before on several occasions that the matter has been escalated and nothing happens. Let hope this time something does. 24 days without access to a business email account is not acceptable.
@Register_com The update email asked us to send you the email that had failed to send. The issue is that we cannot get into the email account to either send or receive. Something we've been telling support for 24 days with no resolution or help @BBCWatchdog
@Register_com We have done that. Lots of words from you but no actual reason or help as to why we haven't been able to access email for over 3 weeks. Is it acceptable for a business paying you for a service that you are not full-filling or even offering to resolve @NTSscamsteam

@MicahAPSLab @NatersGonnaNate@dcapuan0@Register_com We've had no access to email for 3 weeks. Paying for a service that they cannot provide. We have spoken to chat pretty much daily for 3 weeks. The worrying thing is they can't offer any explanation. Feels like they have lost our email.
