I’m no lawyer; but I would think what the state just asked Patrick Clancy’s mom about “murder being a mortal sin” would be grounds for an appeal depending on verdict. It was a highly prejudicial statement and this is a legal case not a religious one. #lindsayclancy

@realEstateTrent retail workers shouldn’t risk their lives to prevent theft; BUT stores should file police reports. They have video of suspects; and the police can ID suspects from other local cameras and/or local news. Consequences can occur later while ensuring employee safety.

@damonchen not everyone gets paid well in corporate. I worked somewhere where I did 4x the work as my manager and HE got paid 4x more. This is the mild version. Background worse than this.
