@LloydsBank Hi. Why has the app changed? When you click on an account and go to payments and transfers it now automatically defaults to the account at the top of the list rather than let you transfer from the account you have clicked on. Please feed this back to the app team.

@manairport At T1 this morning 8.50am. Our flight is at 12.05. No queues at check in desks but had carry ons so went straight to security, paid for fast track and that queue was longer than the normal queue. We were still through by 9am. Plenty staff around. Maybe as it’s midweek!

@Ryanair Just in case travel cannot happen on 26/06/21 to Ibiza from Manc. Your website says if you booked after 10/6/20 there’s no change fee. I booked on 17/09/2020. I have checked and if I try to change it to September 2021 there is still a £90 change fee. Why is this?

@VodafoneUK Hi. I raised a complaint as you were charging me for spotify even though it’s in my bundle. You then cancelled Spotify asking me to reapply. But each link you send asks me to pay £9.99 for it. It’s coming up to 4 weeks now and its not fixed.
