BREAKING: A truly disturbing anecdote about Donald Trump's time as president emerges in a new book about his administration that shows just how heartless he really is.
According to the book Enough — written by Cassidy Hutchinson who was a former aide to Trump's Chief of Staff Mark Meadows — Trump and Meadows laughed off valid concerns about COVID-19 on Air Force One after a debate with Joe Biden in 2020.
Trump had tested positive for the coronavirus three days before the debate but was supposedly not convinced that he actually had it. So he ignored it.
Drawing attention to the fact that his voice seemed a "little bit off" at a rally, Trump told Meadows that he definitely did not want the media to "accuse me of something ridiculous, like having COVID.”
Meadows laughed in response, as if there was something funny about the possibility of infecting Biden with the virus, and then "promised him that we would handle it if it happened."
The disgusting little incident is a perfect representation of the recklessness and denialism with which Trump handled the pandemic. Countless Americans are dead because he refused to take it seriously and a just society would hold him accountable for killing them.
Please retweet and ❤️ if you think we deserve a full investigation into Trump's handling of the pandemic — and consider joining the growing exodus to Tribel, a “woke” new Twitter competitor that is exploding in popularity because it banned Trump for life and because Elon Musk banned Tribel’s Twitter account — but he forgot to ban this link to download the new Tribel app: https://t.co/HnJzSKjCwX
3. The talent on the floor was fun to watch. Why wasn’t this game in prime time? Ratings have been up crazy numbers. Now Women’s hoops has officiating controversy, a villain coach, and players who don’t like each other. Sounds like the NFL. Next year should be continued growth.
Rep Liz Cheney (R-WY) tonight: “Two years ago I won this primary with 73% of the vote. I could’ve done so again. The path was clear. But it would’ve required that I went along with President Trump’s lie about the 2020 election”
@MaryKayCabot Why would you even reference Baker? While you’re on vacation. He is no longer in Cleveland. Let it go. We don’t need anymore of your made up stories about the guy that did more for the Browns than any QB did in 26 years.
@karnsies817@TheBrownieElf1 Unless of course he doesn’t play in a few seasons, aka indefinite suspension. Wouldn’t plan on all those “records” quite yet.
Let me be very clear: This ruling changes nothing in Minnesota today, tomorrow, or as long as I am governor. We will not turn back the clock on reproductive rights.

What did I hate the most about last night? That beautiful feel-good film called Coda got so lost in all the shenanigans. This Oscars will always be known as the Will Smith/Chris Rock thing - not a celebration of a film that really made a difference.
Dear Baker Mayfield,
Thank you for wanting Cleveland when no one else did.
Thank you for pulling Cleveland out of an abyss of losing.
Thank you for the best Browns season many have ever had.
Most importantly..... Thank YOU.
