@DeputyGrocott I work in adult education and since COVID the amount of safeguarding issues has trebled. Behaviour has resulted in a number of exclusions which was unheard of previously. It's frightening how behaviour has changed

@dave_mcpartlin Was inspected in Dec in FE. Found inspection team to be supportive, empathetic and picked up on signs of stress. It did not change the process or the high stakes. Still having nightmares and feeling stress despite a Xmas break and a positive outcome

@BuckCllr @benonwine I've got a lot going on as a parent of a 16 year old so find that comment uncomfortable. Have spent the weekend taking 16 yr old and friends out and found them to be intelligent, responsible, empathetic and all found great human beings. (1)
