@EE I’ve spoken to Sky who can’t come out earlier than Friday. EE customer service are refusing to speak with me and citing GDPR, which to me translates as slopey shoulders. EE have left me with a lack of service and a health & safety mess!

@EE can you (sensibly) advise how best to get EE to take accountability for an issue they have created please. You installed WiFi for my neighbour yesterday and inadvertently cut my (Sky) WiFi off. 20 hours and counting with lots of slopey shoulders.

@GSTTnhs Credit where credit is due: I attended the UTC today at St. Thomas’s; I was triaged, X-rayed, reviewed, and out within 1 hour and 45 minutes. The staff were diligent, efficient, and friendly.
