@AdamToms3 @flywithfraser @JSS779 @HeathrowAirport Security chaos as boarding cards wouldn’t scan for a second time (not exact rocket science!) and had to be checked by hand by two team members herding at least 100 people through one gate. If they had been an actual fire I dread to even think of the consequences - utter shambles

We missed our flight as we were diverted back through security🤦‍♀️ Made it to the gate but BA refused to allow us to board as the coach had left the terminal - they were happy to take our baggage though!!😡

@AdamToms3 @flywithfraser @JSS779 @HeathrowAirport Before anyone worked out where we should be going. At least another 19 to get everyone outside and 20 mins + outside the terminal before we were diverted back in to the Airport through security as apparently our hand baggage needed rechecking 🤦‍♀️

I’m reading the whole incident was over in 30 minutes - utter rubbish. It took 5 mins of alarm b4 anyone left the Aspire Lounge (inc staff) and another 15 outside
