@eircare Ok so cut off by the same person 3 times now. We have ordered a product that eir sold us & that we are paying for, yet eir are unwilling to provide. No one at eir wants to handle this - not the store, not customer service. Please confirm are eir cancelling our contract?

@eircare Hi, trying to call customer service. Got through to someone twice been cut out twice. Store says to call customer service. Customer service hangs up. Please advise! We’re waiting over 6 weeks for fibre installation

@eircare Also we did update our details in the eir store. They called the correct details back to us. So the eir system have our correct eircode - it’s openeir that doesn’t. Eir needs to speak to itself internally

@eircare Hi, just had a call from openeir confirming fibre installation for tomorrow. They have the wrong eircode. I called my local eir store - they have the correct eircode & have no idea where the other eircode came from. Openeir cancelled my installation! Please advise.
