@SumUp You need to look after your existing customers as well as tout for new business.. You refer issues on here to customer support but your response times lately are really, really dreadful and the bot is terrible and tells everyone they need to buy new equipment!

@SumUp we're having a nightmare today. The system keeps logging us out. Error messages galore. Payout from yesterday hasn't credited yet and is showing as 2 identical amounts in the payout section. You're obviously having huge issues - support not responding!! HELP!!
@SumUp you say simple but that's not my experience. Customer support never available online, the help bot is really useless. Still waiting for a large payout that hasn't appeared in my account yet..simply frustrating.
@marksandspencer #3 Our wishes were not sent to our Grandmother on the day of her funeral. Had we been notified of an issue with our order, we would have made alternative arrangements with another company but received NOTHING from you at all. I will NEVER EVER shop with you again

@marksandspencer #1 Monday ordered multiple bouquets online for Nana's funeral to be delivered Tuesday. Paid via PayPal. Bouquets didn't arrive. No probs pandemic. Wednesday? Still no flowers. Thursday (day of the funeral) no flowers. Checked M&S account and order says 'cancelled
