Hurricane Fiona has been fierce, making its mark across NS. While winds have slowed in parts of the province, it’s important to remember that this is still an active storm and areas like Cape Breton are still experiencing high wind. Please stay safe & stay away from downed lines.
@BrandonEllis21 A permit to use fireworks specifying time and date does not change what the scared animal would experience when that time and date arrives to blast some off. It would not make it possible to warn pet owners either. Warning owners won't change pet reactions either
#HurricaneTeddy.....look at this BEAST. Wind field is 600 miles across. That is insane...look how HUGE this storm is. 100 mph hurricane going for Nova Scotia.
Been since Sandy that I seen a hurricane THAT big.
Don't go to Peggy's Cove to see the waves during #Teddy - watch them live via @nswebcams from the comfort of your own home. https://t.co/4qiQtjvrRd #NSStorm
