you had a presale for sofi membership holders who aren’t even ARMY before the verified fan presale & they’re taking advantage & reselling for $1k+. you advertised a presale event of 5 days just to secretly include another presale inbetween & have the last presale canceled
So u sent an email around blaming bts/hybe only to backtrack cuz army's found the scalpers but u aren't gonna address that 🤔 at least livenation admitted to it
I know this is incredibly frustrating but please don't buy from the scalpers and resellers, their prices are ridiculous and practically a scam. So don't let yourself be taken advantage of like that.
Although there is no federal law against scalping in California, Antitrust Laws are still very much in place.
I would gladly donate to fund a lawsuit, and I'm sure many other fans will too.
Y'all sat there and let all the scammers get all the tickets. Plus, Y'ALL RELEASED ALL THE TICKETS ON THE 1ST AND 3RD DAY. Also, Y'ALL KICKED PEOPLE OFF THE WEBSITE. So, Ticketmaster y'all can go straight to hell. That was not fair to Army. #ticketmasterscam#PTD_ON_STAGE_LA
"Due to overwhelming lack of transparency/ethical standards, greed, & overall incompetency, all shows are sold out to actual fans and tickets are only available to third parties and scalpers."
There, fixed it for ya 😘

You need to revoke all those resale tickets which are obviously by scalpers. Sound check tickets are NOT transferable either, so that makes them posted for resale even more of a scam because they're not useable! #TicketmasterScam
@TMFanSupport You need to revoke tickets from those who purchased explicitly for resale, indicated by tix being offered at speculative pricing (some more than 20x the price they paid) before the pre-sale period ended. These buyers had no intention of attending. They purchased for profit.
@TMFanSupport Your lack of transparency has been deeply troubling & resulted in an overwhelming loss of confidence in the legitimacy of your processes.
Do your part in making it right & restoring trust by removing resale listings through your platform & others that are marking tickets up.
Also like other people stated they probably knew it was going to sell and allowed more scalpers on purpose to make more money. At the end of the day all they did was screwed people who actually wanted to go over.
I truly think Ticketmaster underestimate how well BTS tickets were going to sell. So they decided to allow more scalpers than usual to buy tickets and then they realize they messed up afterward. This is why they were trying to switch the blame on Hybe yesterday
