As announced by @LiskHQ, they are moving to the Ethereum ecosystem as a Layer-2 solution powered by Optimism's OP Stack.

Previously, Lisk was a Layer-1 sidechain that offered a scalable network for blockchain apps by utilizing JavaScript.

Huostarter has decided to support the upcoming Lisk Layer-2 mainnet as a launchpad for startup dApps on Lisk to boost their liquidity, which can benefit the Total Value Locked (TVL) of Lisk.
