Absolutely terrible customer service received today. Ordered an express delivery slot today for 11am-12pm. Now 2pm, still no delivery, no indication of when it’s going to arrive and call centre response is “we can’t do anything with an express order” 👍🏼

@askryanair the travel assistant on my app is saying flight on time but your flight information on the website advises it is delayed from 18:25 to 21:10. Do we still need to get to the airport at the original time as don’t fancy sitting in the airport for almost 5 hours
