@sonofcrest This is only true in parts of America - mainly urban centers where people are more closed off and transactional. This is not true in the south, Midwest and more rural areas.
Would not be surprised if had never been to any of these parts of the country.
@HLPClips Mozart and Gregorian chant....depending on whether not you want focus and energy (Mozart) or to focus in a relaxed state (Gregorian chant).

@hubermanlab
Nothing, in my opinion.
But if she's on the NO I don't need these things such as Botox, fillers or Ozempic to enhance her look, then how are they different than tattoos and piercings?
Those are definitely pricey (especially tattoos) extras that many people at 33 don't need.
My point is that we all have things we do out of vanity to enhance our looks.
@elonmusk Do you believe that this will be the future of film? Will actors become obsolete?
Or perhaps, just the threat of it will cause them and all of Hollywood to focus more on acting and less on force feeding their personal and political views on us?
I think the "needle stigma" is spot on. I'm genuinely amazed by people who label peptides and GLP-1s as “bad,” “dangerous,” or “cheating” for weight loss—yet have no issue swallowing daily pills like Prozac, Zoloft, Lexapro, or Wellbutrin for mental health. If using a tool to improve your body is cheating… aren’t they cheating for happiness?
By continuing to employ and welcome her back, you (all) are enabling her and therefore contributing to her condition. You are giving positive reinforcement to negative behavior. This is parenting 101. It's not your responsibility to parent or employ people who do this, especially your friends.
Be a true friend and help her build useful life skills that will enable her to be independent instead of a source of entertainment to her wealthy, high profile so called friends.
@heavensbvnny I'm a practitioner of The Tomatis® Method. It's a neuro auditory stimulation program that helps people become better listeners.
I love what I do!

@foundmyfitness The fact that this is debated like it's a serious issue shows how deep we've fallen into the "everything needs peer-reviewed studies" health & wellness rabbit hole. Any exercise is good. Stop overthinking it.
Besides, exercise is one of the best cures for overthinking.
@Yelena_R7 I'm wondering if this is the result of something I've observed over the past decade or so:
Many Boomer parents of Millennials are actually parenting their grandchildren more than their children are.
Covering my eyes, with a crack open to see the comments. 🫣
@MattWalshBlog Agreed. I don't drink at all. But that's because it's the best option for ME. I would never force, advocate or even suggest that EVERYONE should stop drinking.
