Why is it such a mission to deal with @TelkomZA. We cancel our land-line a year ago yet they have no record of it... N just keep billing us.
There must be some way to resolve it.

@CheckersSA I don't want a credit, I just want my items delivered. Why do I have to place another order and pay a second delivery fee when it was a staff error?
Can't belive @CheckersSA expect me to pay a double delivery fee because of an error they made. It's not my fault that the driver only delivered 3 of my items. #checkersSA
