John King of CNN came to my home to interview me last week. The setup took about 40 minutes & 5 staff showed up. The interview lasted about 30 minutes during which I explained that the reason I vote for Republican is to stop the spread of Marxism/Communism.

In the aired interview yesterday I was reduced to a few seconds of an Asian face. No context. No why.

As a young Democrat (I'm no longer a Democrat) advocating for gun control, I never owned a single firearm. However, a criminal invaded my home and proceeded to shoot me with a gun obtained through a straw purchase.

Upon becoming a gun owner, I encountered the usual criticism from my friends and family who support gun control. To them, owning a gun meant succumbing to fear and paranoia, and by their logic, it implied letting the gun lobby prevail. Apart from my best friend, hardly anyone supported the notion.

You see, my family and friends are staunch Democrats. They believed in every stereotype about guns and gun culture: "Guns are only for the police and criminals," "Gun culture is a good old white boys club," and "White people would kill black gun owners."

These stereotypes and falsehoods were fed to me, thanks to popular gun-control narratives. After enduring a gunshot wound and undergoing months of hospitalization and physical therapy, I resolved to delve into research on guns, gun culture, and gun laws.

After extensive research, I discovered the extent of misinformation spread by the news media. I also came to the realization of the ineffectiveness of gun control laws. The individual who shot me was able to bypass these laws intended to prevent criminals from acquiring firearms by having his girlfriend make an illegal gun purchase.

Gun control solely penalizes the innocent. its true intention has always been to empower the ruling class, prioritizing their safety rather than that of the average citizen.

As I immersed myself in pro-gun circles, I was astonished to discover the remarkable diversity within the gun community, including individuals of Black, Hispanic, Asian, LGBTQ, and female backgrounds. Unfortunately, the gun control news media deliberately disregards these groups to promote a misleading narrative that suggests only straight white men are involved in gun ownership and gun culture.

The media employs this tactic to portray gun culture as racist, aiming to manipulate future generations and facilitate the relinquishment of their Second Amendment rights. Over the past 12 years, I have witnessed gun ownership shift from a source of American pride to a stigmatized and wrongly associated notion with taboos and racism.

A culture war is being waged against those who wholeheartedly uphold the Second Amendment. If you don't assist in the enactment of extensive gun control laws, the irrational gun control community labels you as a proponent of gun violence. However, nothing could be further from the truth.

The Second Amendment community holds deep concerns about criminal violence and remains resilient against being swayed by emotionally charged gun legislation following a tragedy. We strive to address the genuine root causes of all forms of violence, without limiting our focus to a single type. Our commitment extends to combating violence in its entirety.

The pro gun control crowd has overlooked a crucial aspect of the Second Amendment community: violence is the issue at hand, irrespective of the tool employed to perpetrate it. Branding someone as hostile solely based on gun ownership hinders our ability to engage in constructive conversations about firearms and violence

I don't possess all the answers, nor do I intend to feign knowledge that I lack. We recognize that the individuals we elected are not genuinely invested in addressing the numerous underlying factors contributing to violence. Blaming gun culture as the primary source is an easier route to take.

And I honestly don’t care what you think. Some of you may agree, and some of you probably need to hear this.

I have been shot at, blown up, returned fire, everything imaginable. War is serious shit. This is not Call of Duty, this is real fucking life. I cannot even BBQ anymore without being reminded on the smell of human flesh burning. The term “War is hell”, is coined for a reason.

First: I will start with NATO and Europe.
Why the hell are we in NATO if they don’t lift a finger for shit? Why is America always the one that will carry the burden of these asshats. To NATO: If you want this war so badly, then grab a compass and head due East.

Second: You can say whatever you want about President Trump. You can like the man, or you can hate him. However, you cannot argue the point that none of this bullshit was going on when he was President. Just throwing that out there.

Third: Why is it that it took an Airman to leak classified documentation to totally disprove the efforts in Ukraine? Don’t you notice how this story has been wiped from the mockingbird media? They are concealing the truth as well.

Fourth: Where is all of our American taxpayer money going? Let’s be honest about it. How do you “over-calculate” over $6 BILLION DOLLARS of our money for this effort? Where exactly is it going? Into Politician or Zelenskyy’s pockets? If any of us made an “accounting error” on our taxes, we would all be in prison now. This is fraud, waste and abuse putting it lightly.

Fifth: This brings me to another point. Are politicians making money off of this war effort? If so, sorry to say, but you belong in prison. Plain and simple. And that is bipartisan speaking. There are Americans working 2-4 jobs at times just to make ends meet. People are recovering from a lockdown that YOU created.

Sixth: To the Americans backing this war. Why don’t you book yourself a flight to Kyiv and partake in this fight? It’s easy as fuck to be okay with war, while you’re chilling with your Starbucks in your comfortable environment. You love to criticize our country but have never contributed a fucking thing to it.

Last: Why are we not discussing diplomacy? There have been ZERO attempts to sit down like grown fucking men and come to an agreement. None. It is all too clear that they want this war to continue.

I sure as hell don’t claim to know everything, but this bullshit has gone on long enough.
