LP's lawyer began interrogating the witness. He asked if the application used for the e-transmission was tested before it was used, and the witness said it was tested. The lawyer asked if it tested between Feb 3-6th, 2023, but the witness said that’s incorrect, that their testing was done on the 4th of February. The lawyer asked if he brought the testing report, and the witness said yes. The lawyer asked if he produced this report on the subpoena, they (LP) served INEC, and the witness said yes because it’s a security report on vulnerability testing. The lawyer tendered the documents as evidence, but the respondents objected to it as usual.

The lawyer told the witness if they identified the vulnerability of the server that was tested, and the witness said it was all in the report he brought. The lawyer said he knows the witness is a senior pastor in church and the witness said yes. The lawyer asked him about paragraph 7 of the report, the risk level of the server was recorded as high, and the witness replied that it was resolved. The lawyer asked him, “Do you agree that if the e-transmission server was vulnerable, it means there’s a possibility of manipulation?” the witness replied that the E-transmission server was not vulnerable. The lawyer asked him if a Performance of Vulnerability test on the pre-production server was done on the 4th of February, but the witness replied no, that it was done on the UAT server.
