@JasonAblin I always my teachers’ energy spent in front of the kids. Last thing I want is them spending 4 hours on a Sunday night on lesson plans. I can tell if they teaching by simple walk throughs. I’ve always wanted to take things off their plate, not add more.

I have a better idea. How about we let teachers turn in instructional materials? Think slide decks, annotated texts, anchor charts, and even PLC agendas. If teachers have those things, then they also have plans.
