For reference clover had a LIFE SAVING emergency surgery and months of recovery before you dropped that box of (2 large bags of soil) over a 6ft fence onto this small dog just sitting on the other side. @fedex #fedex

@FedExHelp @FedEx this is unacceptable. I didn’t ask for my dog to have a box tossed at her face. Clover didn’t ask for it either. So help me understand why I’m not getting things that I paid for? I’ve opened a case with your customer service. They’ve left notes. Still no package

@FedExHelp @FedEx I’ve been home all week. Also the company I ordered the package from asked that it was left at a drop off location. I gave my phone number and permission to leave it at my door.. still no package. Today I get another message that it won’t be delivered..

So @FedExHelp @FedEx I see retaliation is the game that y’all play. My dog gets hit in the face from a FedEx delivery person I file a claim.. and the package that was ordered a week before conveniently doesn’t get delivered, everyday I get a text saying an attempt was made. Lies

This happened today.

A box that had two bags of soil in it was well over 100lbs was tossed over a 6ft gate onto clover!

She just had life saving surgery in April!

She has hip dysplasia and has to be carried on our walks.

And now we can add missing tooth and who knows whatelse

@FedEx I need to get ahold of someone, a driver just tossed a heavy bag over the fence and hit my 12yr old dog who was sitting by the fence and knocked out her bottom tooth!
