🚨 @TeamYouTube has hit a new low! Support officially stated: "I have had to turn this case over to the legal team who may or may not respond directly to your request as they deem necessary." 🤦♂️ Are you serious?! Is this the face of your creator support? (Screenshot attached).
I am reaching out to everyone who creates content on YouTube: DO NOT STAY SILENT! Today they are destroying our channels for no reason, and tomorrow their broken algorithm will come for you. Let's unite and stand up for our rights together!
They strip creators of their income, take away the right to appeal, and simply wash their hands of the situation. This is a direct violation of the law (including EU legislation) and the basic principle of the presumption of innocence that exists worldwide! What kind of circus is this? Since when do creators have to humiliate themselves, run around social media, and prove their innocence while YouTube literally wipes its feet on them? This is absolute nonsense!
I personally know about 30 creators in the exact same situation, and HUNDREDS have responded to my previous posts! The only thing that forces the platform to restore monetization to honest creators is intense MEDIA PRESSURE.
It's time to put an end to this. Obviously, if we stand alone, we just get ignored. Therefore my team and I are developing a new service — a unified hub for collecting petitions and appeals.
Here is how it will work:
1️⃣ You will submit your channels with high-quality content that have suffered from this lawlessness.
2️⃣ We will publish these cases on behalf of our community.
3️⃣ The golden rule: when a post goes live — ALL community members go like, comment, and repost to maximize the algorithm boost and force YouTube to answer!
⚖️ Furthermore, if @TeamYouTube continues to behave this way and ignore the law, we will take drastic measures. My legal team is already laying the groundwork for a CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT. If they don't come to their senses, we will set it in motion and help everyone, even the smallest and newest creators, join it within the EU jurisdiction 🇪🇺! And we have a couple more powerful ideas that I will talk about a bit later.
👇 FOLLOW, REPOST this tweet, and leave a comment! Let's show them our real power. ✊
📢 To the media, regulators, and journalists I've tagged below: Please pay attention to this situation and make it public! I am ready to provide all the evidence, screenshots, and details of this mass abuse of power.
P.S.
Below, I am attaching a video to prove once again that my content is 100% authentic. A whole team works on every single video: a scriptwriter, a professional video editor, a professional voiceover artist, myself, and my partners. In the attached video, you can clearly see our announcer working with professional studio equipment, reading our original script.

Hi @TeamYouTube@YouTube,
I created the MrTie project over a year ago and spent the last 5 months building it into a strong channel with a loyal audience that genuinely enjoyed the content. I invested time, effort, and creativity into making unique, high-quality videos and always tried to follow YouTube’s rules.
During these months, YouTube repeatedly put obstacles in front of the project. Monetization was removed, then restored, revenue was withheld, monetization issues affected other channels, and now the main MrTie channel has been terminated for “Spam, Scams, or Deceptive Practices.”
This accusation is extremely serious and unfair. The channel did not scam anyone, deceive anyone, or abuse the platform. The content was original, creative, and built for viewers.
What makes this even worse is that not only was MrTie removed, but every other channel connected to the same account was also silently terminated. MrTie at least showed a notification, but the others were simply wiped out with no warning, and I no longer have access to them.
I contacted support multiple times and repeatedly asked what specific video, action, or behavior caused the removal. Instead of any concrete explanation, I was told they “cannot provide specifics,” and then that the decision was final.
How can creators defend themselves or correct mistakes if they are never told what exactly triggered the enforcement?
I strongly believe this may be an automated enforcement mistake rather than a real policy violation. I am asking for one thing only: please let a real human reviewer fully examine this case and restore the channels if this was an error.
This project meant a lot to me and to the audience that supported it.
Thank you.
This is ridiculous. I'm going to move heaven and earth to fix this.
@TeamYouTube wrongly demonetized my channel Jortx on April 17 for "Inauthentic Content."
This is CLEARLY AN ERROR and it puts my entire business at risk.
- The channel has 5 VIDEOS in 4 months.
- Each takes 3+ weeks to produce.
- 10-20 day gaps between uploads.
This is literally the OPPOSITE of mass-produced. Clearly collateral damage from an automated AI ban wave.
Please, just LOOK at my history:
• 3+ years on YouTube
• Multiple channels, 500K+ subscribers combined
• Millions of views, HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of dollars generated for YouTube
• NOT A SINGLE STRIKE. Ever.
• 10+ people depending on this work full-time
A single qualified human looking at this account for 30 seconds would immediately see this is a mistake.
Instead, all my channels are now at risk because of one false accusation from an algorithm.
What I've done:
• Public tweet to @TeamYouTube yesterday → replied with a generic automated message that doesn't even address my case
• DMs on X → no reply
• Formal legal appeal to [email protected] today citing EU Digital Services Act (Articles 14, 15, 17, 20)
The response? An automated email sent back 1 SECOND later. Screenshot below ⬇️
AI banning. AI responding. Zero humans. This is exactly what Article 20 DSA exists to prevent.
As a European creator, if my case is not properly reviewed by a qualified human, I will escalate under the EU Digital Services Act (Articles 17 & 20) to the Spanish Digital Services Coordinator and the European Commission. @YouTube , this is not optional. It's binding EU law.
This goes against common sense AND the law.
We need to cut this out at the root, before no one is safe.
Please RT and tag @TeamYouTube to the death.
Please.
Tomorrow it could be YOUR channel.
We need a real human to look at this.

It's been two weeks since YouTube has demonetized my 2D animation channel, DoggyZuko, on YT. I'm reaching out to @TeamYouTube once more as I think this is still an honest misunderstanding.
To those curious, I've attached my video appeal here. Let me know if you think this is still considered mass-produced or fits the criteria for an "Inauthentic Content" violation.
