Willpower is a limited resource, drained by emotions, fatigue, and environment.

A better way? Use design to replace willpower:

✅ Make the right actions easy (environment, workflows, automation)
✅ Make the wrong actions hard (remove temptations, physical barriers)
✅ Use visible progress and small rewards for positive feedback
✅ Leverage social accountability instead of solo discipline
When your system is well-designed, consistency doesn’t require “pushing” — it happens naturally.
