“Athleticism was never about how you look. It’s a skill, and like any skill, it fades when you stop practicing it and returns when you train it on purpose.”
The Comeback.

@GRITCULT Can do all the visualization, but have to actually believe it’ll happen otherwise your brain will redirect the body to its former. Can’t fake it
@whotfisdraeco Nobody’s mastered life to a point where they can “coach” it. What worked for one, doesn’t for another. The label of life coach is just buzz
Don’t confuse hard work with value.
If the work brings nothing to the table, it’s just time accumulated that you can’t get back.
One is usually a prerequisite for the other.
But never an assumption.
You instinctively can’t resist self sabotage just when you’re reaching the summit. Years of chasing money, grinding, gaining status, building respect, finding a good woman, a good life. And just when it feels like you did it, your brain reverts to its old ways. The struggle becomes the identity. You learned how to fight…not how to live with what you’ve won. Peace feels empty. Stability feels soft. So the darkness creeps, just to feel the fight again. Drinking. Cheating. Spending. Quit training. Picking fights. Stupid risks. Anything to manufacture the chaos that brought purpose. Getting to the top takes hunger. Staying there takes discipline.
