The claim of side effects of rage, salvation, etc from this saRNA v4ccine are seemingly completely fabricated. There isn't a single source of trial data that mentions these. Tenpenny/Faulkner does not state a single source for this, not even a whistleblower leak.

Unfortunately these messages are likely paid opposition that poison the well for the legitimate criticism and caution around new vaccine technologies (mRNA, saRNA).

Researchers or experts with education in microbiology see this claim as ridiculous and the people who spread them as ignorant and thus associate all criticism of the technology as such, further entrenching both sides into extreme opposite view points that both end up being wrong. While big pharma wins in the end. @newstart_2024 a little bit of research goes a long way, now you're spreading this poison pill and unwittingly or otherwise serving the ends of big pharma.

Psilocybin for OCD

In this study, acute administration of psilocybin (1 mg/kg, intraperitoneal) resulted in significant and lasting reductions in compulsive behaviors, particularly excessive grooming, observed in both male and female SAPAP3 KO mice

Psilocybin has been shown to rewire activity in brain regions implicated in OCD pathophysiology:

- Decreased activity in fronto-temporo-parietal regions
- Reduced connectivity between the posterior cingulate cortex (PCC) and medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC)
- Decreased activity in the anterior cingulate cortex (ACC) and mPFC

These changes may help normalize aberrant brain activity patterns linked to OCD.

Role on serotonin system:

Psilocybin, and its active metabolite psilocin, mainly act on the serotonin system. 

These serve as are agonists or partial agonists at several serotonin receptor subtypes, particularly:

- 5-HT2A receptors (high affinity)
- 5-HT1A receptors
- 5-HT2C receptors

While 5-HT2A receptors mediate the psychedelic effects, 5-HT1A receptors may play a role in the anti-compulsive effects of psilocybin, as demonstrated in animal models.

Psilocybin also acts as a potential normalizer of serotonin transporter (SERT) function:

OCD has been associated with reduced SERT binding in various brain regions.

While not directly studied for psilocybin, its serotonergic effects may help normalize SERT function.
