@tommyreamon I walked through this with help from people like you and believe many parents that don't know WHAT is worth paying for. If I knew in 9th grade what I know now, my son's journey would have been very different. So much noise and $$$ services. Recruitment is a FT Job for kids & us!
@tommyreamon That would be WHILE not Well. "While you have to choose wisely, the pro's that give the evals should be paid for their counsel" Voice dictation sucks.
@tommyreamon The one thing we have learned raising up a D1 athlete is that if you need support, you need to be willing to pay for it. Evals are critical to the growth of an athlete. Well, you have to choose wisely, the professionals that give them. should be paid for their counsel!
@tommyreamon Doesn't it depend on what kind of private school it is? Before ours was recruited to an elite private school to play FB, he went to a very small but reputable private Christian school wit no o-line coach. It was not more competitive than our local schools - it was a handicap!
@CoachReamon Should kid with three D3 offers who just got his first D1 FCS committable offer cave in to pressure to commit-- is it foolish to wait until Spring? We still don't know about financial aid from the school... coach Arlene's only a few slots -profile link in bio -- 6'7" 380 lb LT/G
@CoachReamon I was given advice to attach our son's highlights as a video instead of a HUDL link to make it super easy to view with no commercials, etc. Do you commend this?
@ScottAdamsSays Scott, you may not remember me I helped you get started on AOL decades ago & we have talked several times since. Lifting you up in my prayers! Hang in there & know: what enemy of your soul plans to use for your harm,God will use for your GOOD and His glory! God bless you!
@CoachReamon Thanks. Proud of him on all fronts. Kid had five broken bones in six years that affected partial or off-season and he responded by working harder every time. Recruited to play for IMG this year, and as a 6'7" hard working BEAST, with a 4.0, we're hopeful.
