@Telstra Hi @Telstra the original 3G2100 shutdown date (25 March 2019) and the revised shutdown date (30 April 2019) have both passed and my 3G2100 devices are all still working. Has the shutdown been postponed again? If so, when is the revised shutdown date?

@Telstra I have some 3G 2100MHz M2M devices in Western Sydney that were supposed to stop working on 25 March, but they are still working. Has 3G 2100MHz not yet been shut down in these areas, or is my device now running on 3G 850MHz (despite the spec sheet saying it can't)?

@DoctorKarl re this week's @triplej question about lightning strikes and BBQ chicken - animals/people close to a lightning strike CAN get electrocuted via their legs due to the "step voltage" phenomenon. There is a whole discipline within electrical engineering to deal with this.
