New account, same old woyane(rebellious) energy. Here to #FreeTigray focus on the principles of social justice-access, equity, participation and human rights.
Perhaps the Amharic quote "አውቖ የተኛ ቢቐሰቕሱት አይሰማም" shall give us insight more than anything 🤔

I have one Tigraweyti childhood friend. When I think about my schooldays, her packed lunches make my top 10 memories. Her food was so famous that we used to book it in advance. (1/10)
When #Russia bombs Ukraine, the rest of the world is shocked and cares. When #Ethiopia's and #Eritrea's regimes send a barrage of missiles to #Tigray, nobody cares. Stop double standards. Stop the war on Tigray.
I will repeat this every day! #Tigray|ans are being extermination with the full knowledge, consent & indirect support of the @UN & U.S! @StateDept@USEmbassyAddis
I am going to take the day to mourn the loss of this child’s mother and many others killed #AdiDaeroMassacre
May their souls Rest In Peace. 🕊
The children you left behind are our children, we will be there!
Tell the children we are here for them. They are not alone!!!!
We stand with the Indigenous peoples of Tigray, Against the seige on tigray by Ethiopian empire, Against the genocide, human rights violations, massacres, ethnic cleansing and widespread sexual violence against the indigenous peoples and call for peaceful resolution..
It is so empowering to see a refugee, woman from the horn representing us at a congressional level.
Thank you @IlhanMN for inspiring so many.
Future leaders from across the horn, and specifically Tigray, are inspired to see you do it first.

There are a million & 1 ways to show solidarity with the oppressed. An intuitive one- deny waving a country's flag when its oppressions come to light- love this 4 #IranProtests2022 as for #tigraygenocide we yet have to see such gestures but heyy it's only been 2 years #FreeTigray
Iran's soccer team wore black jackets to cover up their country's emblem during the national anthem. This is a huge statement of support for the protests in Iran and they're extremely brave for doing this.
To the #Tigray survivors, victims and their families: thank you for entrusting us with your stories. The recognition for our body of work on Ethiopia serves to counter the false narratives around the reality in Tigray. I’m so incredibly proud to lead this wonderfully dogged team.
We have not forgotten about #Jackson.
We have not forgotten about #Tigray.
We have not forgotten about #Flint.
We have not forgotten about #Uvalde.
We have not forgotten about #Buffalo.
We have not forgotten about #Pakistan.
We will not forget our #WorldHouse.
We are happy to announce that punitive actions against @PMEthiopia gov for the atrocities in Tigray have now been extended until Sep 2023. The sanctions will continue until @AbiyAhmedAli stops the slaughter in Tigray. We thank @POTUS for respecting the evidence & taking action.

I love that you bring this up. A classic example of " I would have done that, so you must be doing it" 🇪🇹glorifies VICTOMHOOD and therefore is JEALOUS even of our pain. A sickness indeed my friend. Tigrayans have stayed connected to their people and land.
How do you cope with all the hate, people ask me often.
My reply: I focus on my love for the downtrodden and marginalised people of Tigray and their well-being.
