One last - I had to call driver twice to move his car as he was not moving an inch even after 5 minutes of booking though he was just 1 minute away at the time of booking.
Terrible service. Never using again.
My experience with @aalacabs today was one of the worst cab experiences I've ever had.
Despite charging premium fares, the app doesn't even show the car model or whether it's an AC or non-AC vehicle before booking.
The driver's details were completely inconsistent.
This is exactly why many private services struggle to earn people's trust in Kashmir. When operators and management ignore basic standards of safety, accountability, and customer experience, they discourage competition and quality investment instead of encouraging it.
If itβs not an extreme emergency, thereβs no need to keep calling repeatedly. I have worked outside Kashmir, in different states in similar roles, but I have never seen this before. People here, including general public, really need to learn these basic etiquettes.
In Kashmir, people often forget the value of personal time. Week-offs donβt really feel like week-offs when the phone keeps buzzing late into the night. Even for business purposes, if contact details are shared, it is important to reach out during the day or office hours.
