@MediacomCable So I private message @MediacomCable and SHOCKING, they tell me the outage has been "resolved" and to reset my modem. THIS IS THE SAME THING YOU HAVE DONE EVERY TIME WE CONTACT YOU. WE CAN SEE THE LINE IS DOWN. THE OUTAGE IS NOT RESOLVED.

Hey @MediacomCable, remember when a month after the derecho (August 10) you told us you’d have our service restored within 10 days? It’s the 21st. Our service hasn’t been restored and now you’re saying it won’t be until Oct. 27. What gives?

So now we are calling daily because multiple times now you have marked our outage as resolved and it is not. This time we called and @MediacomCable told us it wouldn’t be fixed until Oct. 27. We said this was unacceptable and your agent HUNG UP ON US. Absolutely not okay.

We called @MediacomCable the next day. Again: “tomorrow.” Repeat this same process for several days. Finally we saw a technician in our yard. He did not fix the sagging line and left. We called again and you told us the issue had been resolved. It has not.
