@SW_Help as if the delays aren't bad enough, you put a FOUR carriage train to Waterloo. Why?! & Where's the compensation for being squeezed into someone's armpit? Massive safety issues too.

@SW_Help no information being given on the very late 18.05 to reading and we're still stood in disgusting heat. Unsure if I could get on the 28 to Windsor, don't want to risk getting off in case this one goes... Absolute shambles
