@82angelic It’s all about intake so in theory it’ll burn more cals and it would make your muscles grow but if you’re in a deficit you’ll definitely still lose fat, maybe even quicker and you’ll get toned up more

Having cravings is so much worse than being hungry. I can be at peace with my stomach rumbling but my brain going “cookie cookie cookie cookie cookie cookie” is literally torture
