Waiting for a parcel sent by @dhlexpressuk which was meant to be delivered by 13:17. It's now 7 hours later and I'm assuming the driver is done for the day. How is it so late? Do I assume it will arrive tomorrow? Disappointed with the poor service which has wasted my time today.

@dhlexpressuk Nope. I was sent a new delivery window which ended at 16:16. I’ve seen 2 DHL vans make deliveries along my street within that window but not to me. Wondering when on earth my parcel will arrive.
