I looked after a pt in hospital for > 6/12. The last 2-3/12 he was ‘medically stable’ but we couldn’t dc as no facility could take him

@ibdtweets I would've thought this is more nuanced than assuming all pregnant cirrhotics should have the same management. Like if she is Child Pugh A5, and her underlying liver disease well controlled, presumably the risk of variceal bleeding would be low.
