Flagship projects should be defined by measurable outcomes,not political branding. Development is not about the number of projects announced, but the number completed on time, within budget, and delivering real value to citizens.

Public investments should deliver tangible results, not just budget allocations. Every delayed project represents services, jobs, and opportunities that Kenyans continue to wait for.
