I don’t understand why we cannot enforce mandatory COVID vaccinations for hospital employees. We require other vaccines. This is not reinventing the wheel. Quite frankly if you’re refusing the vaccine you do not belong anywhere near a hospital. For both health & ethical reasons.
My heart goes out to those of you who have been working in #healthcare throughout this entire pandemic. I’m a new Family Medicine PA in Missouri and I’m exhausted from this summer’s peak. Nonetheless, I will not stop counseling patients on the importance of the vaccine.
CoxHealth update: 180 Covid+ inpatients this am, new record, 560 Covid+ deaths through the pandemic. About 8 weeks ago we had 28 inpatients, 446 deaths.
I cant understand the motivations of people disparaging healthcare providers and diminishing the reality of this pandemic.
