@YorkshireWater nearly 2 weeks of daily phone calls from us to be told "it's booked in today" is ridiculous. The leak was fixed in 2 days, why can't the road be put back to normal so that I and 3 of my neighbours can use our drives again??? Formal complaint was clearly pointless.
