My thought process is that the data would potentially identify similar characteristics or values (or lack thereof) that aren't immediately obvious.

That's not an H1b issue so to speak, partially yes, because the executives are making the decision to outsource can be, but it's outsourcing overseas.

You can pay someone $5 an hour in Indonesia but would have to pay an American $20.

My argument is that you get what you pay for & that's also fueling the automated self service portals, because foreigners can't comprehend the nuance of American culture & our standard interactions.

I think it's also a lack of respect for the skill of interpersonal communications.
