@DFWAirport waiting on a connection in @AmericanAir terminal when I spot a suitcase in middle of road/gate exits for possibly over 30 minutes & ppl pass it and it keeps sitting all alone - im glad not my suitcase - but feel bad for the person whose bag it is :(

@ezunk @FOX4 @dallasnews @NBCDFW @AmericanAir @USDOT Is this even legal? @AmericanAir was aware of their baggage issue at DFW as of 12/22 yet continued to check bags for $30+ each KNOWING they wouldn’t make it out of the airport. How is that not somehow fraudulent? All checked luggage should have been halted at that point. Wild

@DFWAirport I think your friends at @AmericanAir need your help with the widespread luggage issue. A lot of people (myself included) will be back at DFW in a few days after our trips & if we still don’t have our luggage I anticipate thousands of angry customers at your airport😳

@MiliFrias28 @AmericanAir I heard they either had their luggage system at DFW break down or not enough employees/employees walked out. There are thousands of bags on the tarmac at DFW. Our bag amongst countless others are stuck at DFW.
