Popfold for iPhone Duo: close it and it's a photo card. Open it and the people in your photo stand up out of the fold.
Your own photos, cut out on-device. Shipping for Duo launch.

Building a pop-up card app for iPhone Duo aiming to ship at launch.
Pick a photo, open the phone, and the people stand up out of the fold.
This is the regular-iPhone version with a slider. On Duo, the hinge does it.

Got to chat with @Alfred_Lin today after the talk about robotics evaluation.
Really grateful for his time and perspective, especially on the qualities of a good founder.
Hack energy: one arm to teach, one arm to copy, and two laptops that have to agree before either moves.
Flower Hand @ the @flwrlabs Collaborative Agent Hackathon, w/ @JolinJiao
Other half of our build at the @flwrlabs hackathon: an order just went cloud to Flower SuperGrid to my laptop’s Safety node and got approved.
Next step is her laptop becoming the Pharmacy node, and the arm only moves when both keys turn.
Everyone else at this agent hackathon brought laptops.
We brought two robot arms. 🦾🦾
Collaborative agents, but make it physical.

Knuckle turns the iPhone Duo's hinge into a robot gripper.
Fold the Duo → a real SO-101 claw closes. Record a grasp, replay it hands-free, export it as 30Hz training data.
Yes, that's a real robot arm. No Poohs were harmed.

@alexandr_wang Just tried muse, honestly the best personal agent I’ve used so far, especially love the integration. Only one thing, i want to use muse through my iMessage and i don’t want to switch back to main chat constantly. Otherwise, sci-fi experience and possibly the best meta product.
