Is this how courts are going to judge cases? No punishment for disobeying orders passed by courts but the onus on the company to pay the maintenance to his wife. What if he quits his job? Wife again goes to court?

@blrcitytraffic@BlrCityPolice
There are vehicles that park on the KR Puram bridge towards OMR road in the evening which causes a bottle neck and slows down traffic. Please start fining vehicles parked on bridges.
@timesofindia Prevention of cruelty to animals act has a provision for destroying stray dogs in para 11(3)b. So are the elected members guilty if they were just following the act passed by parliament?
@BMTC_BENGALURU
Please instruct your drivers not to stop for passengers within 50mtrs of a junction. This slows down traffic.
@BbmpEast @BBMP_West
Please shift bus stops which are within 50mtrs of a junction. This will improve the average speed and reduce traffic congestion.
@MLJ_GoI
Courts don't punish false evidence (BNS Section 229) which leads to frivolous cases being filed and clogging up the judicial system. Please sensitise courts to use existing provisions to punish people especially in high profile cases. @NITIAayog@PMOIndia@barandbench
@DgpKarnataka
Broken window theory -visible signs of public disorder encourage further crime.
Request if a mechanism to reward people who report traffic violations can be instituted. This will reduce the more serious crimes also.

@Sandy1639823 @unlimited_ls Then why hire them? Shouldn't the company employing them check if they are legal and can actually do the job? Isn't the company also at fault and liable for the accident caused by the illegal driver they employed.
@blrcitytraffic
Absolute disregard for traffic rules on Suranjan Das road near old Madras road intersection. Police can earn lakhs daily in fines. Ignoring this will only lead to more people brazenly flouting traffic rules and more accidents creating chaos on Bangalore roads.
@blrcitytraffic
Complete violation of traffic rules on Suranjan Das road near old Madras road intersection. Police can make lakhs in fines daily. If ignored more people will join the ranks of traffic violators. Hope to see some action on this.
@bngdistpol
This labour camp adjacent to AWHO Sandeep Vihar, Kannamangala plays loud music from early morning till 11pm at night disturbing all. Request you to issue directions to the camp manager to reduce the volume and stop playing after 10pm as per Hon'ble SC directions.TIA
@soda73@tehseenp What are the conditions? The ABC rules are not clear on this and the rules have been framed in a manner to make it almost impossible to get rid of stray dogs. This is why 60,000 people die in India every year due to stray dogs. The rules have to be in consonance with the PCA act.
@barandbench Hope they take into account para 11(3)b of the PCA act passed by parliament which says stray dogs can be destroyed in lethal chambers. The ABC rules 2005, 2025 are not in consonance with the act. Nothing but copy paste. No application of mind by the ministry.
@SupremeCourtIND
New bench will be hearing the case on stray dogs. Please keep in mind para 11(3)b of PCA act, 1960 passed by parliament, which say stray dogs can be destroyed in lethal chambers. The ABC rules are not in consonance with the act. No rules for disposal of strays
@samyuktahornad This judgement actually implements the PCA act as passed by parliament. Please see para 11(3) b of the act which permits destruction of stray dogs in legal chambers.
PS. I have a labrador. But kindness to strays cannot override the right to life provided for in the constitution.
@ppitti Should look at reducing the gaps in medians for cars to cut across traffic to get into a side lane. For every car waiting to cut across there are 30 waiting to go straight on both sides of the road. This is where most bottlenecks happen. 1/2
