@British_Airways you cancelled our flight to Singapore last night. You also made us sit in the airline and the baggage handlers went home so we don’t have any luggage. We have a child with #autism and we simply don’t know what to do. You haven’t rebooked us. Please please help

Yesterday when we tried to ask to speak to a human at t5 as my autistic son was having a meltdown they were so rude and nobody cared. Its horrendous.

@British_Airways@SilviaR12172690@Marinalailentz We have advised you and the luggage shows that it’s still at terminal 5 but they won’t let us get it. We are praying it ends up where we are going. But we have so much medication in there. It’s such a nightmare
@British_Airways@MailOnline I’m now getting in touch with @KatieMorley_ to explain the treatment that we received and the fact that @British_Airways still haven’t helped. We still have lost luggage. Also how my autistic son had to endure this with a total lack of respect and disdain

@NigelNorman@British_Airways We were on that flight too @averburyblue we have no luggage nothing. We’ve spent so much trying to sort them. I hope @British_Airways are ashamed. They won’t care though
@British_Airways Nope you should be ashamed we are now home. We are silver card holders. We have a son with special needs
