The Gardening Club visited the beautiful @waterperry gardens yesterday which were established by former Downe House teacher, Miss Havergal. A tour and a chat with the Head Gardener gave the girls lots of ideas for when they get back to the School veg patch! ##ecoschool

One step closer to planting! Today it was the turn of the staff to get involved, a social hour clearing bramble roots and sharing growing tips. It’s great to see our community space emerging as we bring together the expertise in the common room. #growyourown #communitygarden
