@TheRestHistory hi chaps. New to your great pod - just heard episode 8 ‘Echo of the coffee house’ - so, so interesting how you describe the historical background of social media. You say Cicero would be a great Twitter troll. Which other historical figures do you think would be?
@henrywebb03@Ak53199296A@MrNickKnowles The problem is you don’t question the giving of those penalties by the line. Be consistent please. You say the ref favoured wales and yet he gave pen after pen in the 22. Fiji had the time, opportunity and skill to win that game, and dare I say deserved it, but they butchered it.
Morality police attacks a woman not wearing hijab in a car. Watch her fight back despite getting punched in the face.
To the undecided men: choose a side. And for the sake of humanity make interventions. This woman is all women of Iran. You’d do well to support them.
@Eurekapod Hi gents. Just listened to your meat eating cast. A very even look at the topic, thanks. One point I’d like your views on though is: though we all know the issues surrounding Big Meat, surely mono cropping meat substitutes wouldn’t be great for the planet either?
Knowing how strongly you both feel about protecting the environment, I was wondering what your thoughts were on the disposable vapes that are now everywhere. Thank you both and keep up the good fight against the demon ignorance.
@Eurekapod@rickedwards1@DrMichaelBrooks Thanks for a great pod cast gentleman. I’ve learnt so much interesting and completely random stuff from it. I recently listened to the pod on vaping from last year, which basically said it’s better to vape than smoke. (1 of 2)
@SixNationsRugby van de Merwe all the way. Lowe, just a foot race; Malins, not in control of the ball; Capuozzo good corner finish, but vdM: strength, precision footwork and pace. Superb!
@rugbyworldcup Wales getting beaten by Western Samoa in Cardiff. School trip and I was right beneath the sticks when Samoa scored the winner. Ironically a Samoan is now one of my best mates 🫱🏻🫲🏼🏉
A bit of history next weekend. An all-women’s team of officials will take charge of the European game between Scarlets & Cheetahs.

A first.
